Deb brings a strong sense of community, commitment, and collaboration to RealTime Talent. Deb has had a variety of leadership roles over her 25+ year career with Northwest Airlines and Wells Fargo. Her responsibilities included Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. Deb also led in-flight operations for three of the flight attendant bases at Northwest Airlines where she gained leadership experience in a diverse customer service organization. Deb has her MA from the University of Minnesota’s HRIR program and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Macalester College. Deb is passionate about building a thriving economy and improving the quality of life for all communities across our state.
