About Us
PCL joined the Minnesota marketplace in 1978 as a satellite operation of the Denver district. In 1981, the PCL Minneapolis District was officially established. Minneapolis is one of PCL’s most diversified US districts - the Minneapolis and North Dakota operations serve the entire Midwest construction market and has a comprehensive local staff of over 100 who provide full-service preconstruction, estimating, purchasing, human resources and marketing services in-house.
Some of PCL's most well-known projects in Minnesota include the Mall of America, the Science Museum of Minnesota and most recently, the Minnesota Zoo Treetop Trail. PCL serves clients big and small in manufacturing, data centers, aviation, higher education, health care, hospitality, gaming and more.
