Kraus-Anderson has completed construction on Hallon II, a new upscale mixed-use apartment building located at 8590 Excelsior Blvd. in Hopkins, Minn. Designed by ESG Architecture and Design, the seven-story, 398,822-square-foot building includes 250 apartment units and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
